Machines break and no one know how to fix them, let alone get them fixed by outside repairmen in a fair amount of time. What a waste The gym is overcrowded, they charge for all but one of the pool exercise classes, new staff is dumbfounded on questions from membership on, and the place is fairly dirty What a waste of bucks Used to be great - now it's just ok — The equipment is good, group classes are good, but sometimes it is really too busy and the new management is not good.

They let go all the good people and the new hires are barely trained and can't answer your questions. It is very disorganized and I get the sense no one really knows what is going on around there. If I had a choice I would probably go elsewhere, but it's close to where I live and I don't want to drive too far to work out. They need to hire a new cleaning company, because the place is not that clean. It's expensive too, so for what you pay to go here you would expect better staffing and a cleaner club.
